The body of the Escort TD-BLE is equipped with an additional protective casing made of impact-resistant polyamide and is characterized by high endurance to various mechanical damage on all types of vehicles, special equipment, in stationary tanks and containers. The functioning of the device will not be hindered by overshooting, voltage surges, interference and attempts to deliberately disrupt its performance, for example, with the help of an electric shock. As is the case with other equipment manufactured by Escort Monitoring Systems, any unauthorized interference with the TD-BLE operation will be recorded in the monitoring system. The wireless fuel level sensor is reliably isolated from dust and moisture, as its housing has a degree of protection IP69S. The stable operation of the equipment will not be disrupted by critical temperature changes (-60 …+85 °C) and atmospheric pressure (57…110 kPa). Due to the thermal compensation algorithm «Escort TD-BLE» automatically corrects the fuel level when the characteristics of the external environment change. Even in the most extreme operating conditions, fuel level sensor Escort TD- BLE guarantees continuous and accurate monitoring of fuel and lubricants consumption!

The wireless fuel level sensor «Escort TD-BLE» fully meets the requirements of the Technical Regulation of the Customs Union 021/2011 «On the safety of equipment for work in explosive environments». This is confirmed by the EAEU certificate No. RU C- RU.AD07.V.00706/19. Thus, the sensor can be officially used for the transportation of dangerous goods in the Eurasian Economic Community, including Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. To do this, it uses an explosion-proof shell, implements enhanced Class E protection, provides intrinsic safety and other mandatory emergency protection measures.

The key to long-term use of the sensor without replacing batteries are lithium-thionyl chloride batteries and, of course, the Bluetooth 4.0 technology itself with a low power consumption protocol. Thanks to Bluetooth Low Energy, the wireless fuel level sensor is able to do its job from a single battery for several years.

Installing and configuring traditional fuel level sensors takes a lot of time. The absence of wires will finally save you from the tedious, long and more financially costly process of laying cables through the entire vehicle system. Additionally, the risk of vandalism associated with interference with electrical wiring is suppressed. At the same time, fuel information is transmitted to the control system as quickly, in the same volume and with the same accuracy as by wire. The Escort TD-BLE wireless fuel level sensor is compatible with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) data transmission technology with popular GLONASS/GPS trackers of such brands as Teltonika, Queclink, Ruptela, and more. Connection to all other types of satellite navigation terminals having an RS-485 interface and supporting the LLS protocol is possible via a wireless BLE-BASE. The base connects directly to the tracker and provides a wireless data bridge between the BLE-BASE and the wireless fuel level sensor «Escort TD-BLE».

Your employees no longer need to carry laptops with them, as you can now simply set up using an intuitive mobile application installed on the phone. The range of the Bluetooth signal is at least 10 meters and up to 100 meters (provided there is no interference and obstacles).
